CANCELLATION POLICY
We will always attempt to accommodate last minute changes to your plans and rebook if studio time is available. Cancellations are charged at the following rates.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your studio booking date are non refundable.
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to your booked date are refundable at 50% of the studio rate.
We are always reasonable with our clients as long as they are reasonable with us. We operate a friendly and relaxed environment at Kempston Studio and intend for it to stay that way.
