Studio Hire Rates
£25 per hour (minimum booking 2 hrs)
£95 for 4 hours
£170 for 8 hours
In the studio I have constructed nine ready furnished sets as well as multiple coloured paper backdrops
The studio is heated/warm and suited to the comfort of models but it can be cooled if preferred.
I have a well equipped studio and always looking to add to the equipment and props. All sets can be rearranged with furniture for alternative styles.
The New roll top bath can be used wet or dry (with prior arrangement) in multiple sets
Free Parking Right Outside
Kempston Studio is located within easy reach of the A1 and M1 (jnct13) motorways just off of the Bedford bypass and is open for hire 24 hrs a day 7 days a week (with prior booking) Postcode for the studio is MK42 7SH and there is ample free parking right outside the front door with no stairs to climb (I will always assist with any large or heavy bags anyway).

The large dressing area has multiple mirrors and Hollywood mirror with good lighting for make up and hair stylists to work with models and also for use is the private kitchen and toilet and shower facilities.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Studio Hire;
Upon Booking the studio please pay 100% of the Fee.
Model Studio Days;
Upon Booking on a studio day please pay 50% of the Fee as your slot will not be confirmed until then.
If you cancel 3 days from your time slot I kindly ask you to pay the remaining 100% of the booking as it is unlikely I will be able to fill this timeslot at such a short notice and model travel arrangements will already be in place.
(All monies fully refunded if cancelled by ourselves).
